Our property is for the exclusive enjoyment of our guests.

 

Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

 

We have a ZERO TOLERANCE drug policy. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in immediate removal from the property.

 

In order for all of our guests to enjoy the space we have a 10pm quiet time around the pool.

 

In preparation for check out please do your dishes and have garbage's tied and ready for removal. Place all dirty linens in the bathroom.

 

For Early Check in or late check out there will be an additional fee of $20 USD. Granted there is availability.

Our cancellation policy is as follows.

 

No refund if booking date is less than 48 hours to arrival date.

 

BOOKINGS 7 DAYS OR LESS IN LENGTH

100% refund if cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival date minus fees and (4%).

50% refund if cancelled 15 – 29 days prior to arrival date minus fees and (4%).

25% refund of cancelled 7 – 14 days prior to arrival minus fees and (4%).

No refund of cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival date.

 

BOOKINGS 7 DAYS OR MORE IN LENGTH

100% refund if cancelled 45 days or more prior to arrival minus fees and (4%).

50% refund if cancelled 30 – 44 days prior to arrival date minus fees and (4%).

25% refund if cancelled 15 – 29 days prior to arrival minus fees and (4%).

No refund of cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival date.

 

Medical issues, flight cancellations or other circumstances beyond our control will be dealt with at the discretion of management.
